1. General Rules

• Respect Others: Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• No Cheating or Exploiting: Using cheats, hacks, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Follow Instructions: Please follow the instructions of Lurec Network staff members. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
• No Spamming: Avoid spamming chat or commands to ensure a positive experience for all players.

2. Account Responsibility

• Account Security: You are responsible for securing your Minecraft account. Lurec Network is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
• Sharing Accounts: Sharing accounts is discouraged. Any actions taken on your account are your responsibility.

3. Server Modifications

• Server Changes: Lurec Network reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the server at any time without prior notice. Changes may affect gameplay, and we will try to provide reasonable notice when possible.
• Content Ownership: All content, including but not limited to builds, structures, and player-generated content on the server, becomes the property of Lurec Network. By submitting or creating content on the server, you grant Lurec Network a perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute your content.

4. Purchases and Donations

• Refund Policy: All purchases and donations made to Lurec Network are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server.

5. Disciplinary Actions

• Ban and Mute Policies: Lurec Network staff reserve the right to issue warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans to players who violate the TOS. All disciplinary actions are final unless successfully appealed.
• Appeals: Players may appeal bans or other disciplinary actions by following the instructions on our official website or Discord.

6. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranties: Lurec Network provides the server on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or performance of the server.
• Liability: Under no circumstances shall Lurec Network be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the server.

7. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: Lurec Network may collect certain personal information, such as your Minecraft username and IP address, to maintain server security and performance.
• Data Usage: We will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

8. Changes to the TOS

• Amendments: Lurec Network reserves the right to update or modify this TOS at any time. We will notify players of significant changes through our website or Discord.
